Graduate School
The Graduate School is the administrative unit overseeing 170 graduate programs of study at UW-Madison. Applicants and students must satisfy the requirements of both the Graduate School and the Entomology Department for admission, progress, and completion of degrees. Effective Fall 2014 the Graduate School has set new minimum requirements for students beginning in Fall 2014 which include a minimum of 30 credits to receive an MS degree and 51 credits to receive an PhD degree. The Plant Pathology department is working on updating the program requirements and updated information will be posted soon.

- External Committee Approval Form, to be used to approve a non-faculty member or a non-UW-Madison person for a committee (doc)
- Warrant Request form, please submit this form 5 weeks before your defense, this will trigger a check of your record for graduation
- MS Advisor Approval Page, for thesis depositing (doc)
