Research Interests
I am interested in the effects of environmental stressors like heatwaves, pesticides, and wildfire smoke/ash on bees and other insects. I have found inspiration for my research projects through my experience of climate change in the Central Valley. I’m also interested in working with farmers and gardeners to understand the effects of smoke/ash on plants and pollinators.
