Learning to make an impact with Global Health at UW–Madison
Growing up in Milwaukee, WI, the University of Wisconsin–Madison was always a top college choice for Allen — he wanted to go to a school where earning his degree would help him make an impact. Allen came to UW–Madison as a Mercile J. Lee Scholar and found the Global Health major in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS), where he was able to pursue a career in the healthcare field. From global health classes and study abroad to feeling supported by a community of faculty, advisors, and friends, Allen has discovered that anything is possible.
